That's what totally boggles me. He's a lawyer and apparently an economist, but also an expert in making horrendous argumentative fallacies. I guess that's why he was a speech writer for Richard Nixon.

For a guy who is supposed to be an expert on law, you'd think he'd understand the extremely poor comparison he's making between a stadium of screaming supporters and authoritarianism. Authoritarianism would be inviting those people to the stadium and then having them all locked up for the next four years.
