The game looks stupid, the post about it is relatively stupid (but with some great vocab words like heternonormative) and the trolls flaming the post are stupid. God, a trifecta of stupid. Just like most internet shitstorms.

I just love their style of argument. Any and all disagreement means you hate women, hate fat people, and/or are privileged. Often all of the above. Anyone who says "Don't you think there are more important issues?" is met with "STOP TREATING ME LIKE A LITTLE GIRL!" It's a shame that loud, shrill voices like that seem to lead the dialog.

Wow. That's pretty damn knee-jerk of them. The game looks adorable and fun. The point does not seem to lie in doing violence to the fat lady, or collecting winsome maidens for your harem. And it's a pleasing spin on the theme of saving the princess with a dash o' Hansel and Gretel for whimsy. I'd play the shit out of that shit.
