So I'm doing comedy at a burlesque show last week, and I finish this one especially loud and intense joke I do (it's about robots), and a woman in the back shouts out, "ejaculation!" And I say, "I don't take requests."

Oh, I wouldn't characterize this as heckling -- this was just a drunk person shouting a thing. Heckling implies intent to disrupt the show.
