It's a one year lease, so I guess I'm staying in CA for awhile.

also- I just got acupuncture for the first time last week. I have an injury that i need it for- but i loved it! just the idea of having needles stuck in my body and then hooked up to electrical currents is so fuckin' cool- I'm hooked.
I go for my third on monday (i'm really fucked up right now - but that means more acupuncture- woot woot)
@ little p> I'm starting to think it's time to go in again. My shoulder (which is what they focused on) has been so good lately, I don't want it get bad again.
joe: Just put the link, no HTML is required. It's some thing that Ben did.
Looks like a big place for the Bay Area. I congratulate you, sir. It's a mighty fine place to live.
There are only two faults;
1) It's on a busy street, which means it's a bit noisy. Not too bad, mind you. Just the sounds of the city.
2) No attached patio. I really wanted a deck or patio because I love to grill. There's a communal one out back, so it's not a total loss. The garage makes up for this.
I hate you. You have built ins and checkered floors and awesome arched entry ways. :( I mean, so happy for you. But I would totally love to live in a little place like that, aaaaall alone
Thank you everyone for the kind words about my new flat. It's quite keen, really. When I get some furniture in there and some cooking stuff I'll have a party.
@ extemporaneous> Right now I'm in Alameda. This new place is on Park St just south of the 580.
