Older, obscure movies that deserve to be seen more:

a boy and his dog
basically this movie is only for college boys after a girl has dumped them, but it should always be watched in such a situation. plus, don johnson at about 17yo is cool, no?
I really like the old black and white serials... i used to catch them on AMC when it was still old movies.
@Brad: waitaminute there. I saw that movie because the film geeks at TLA insisted that it was a post-apocalyptic classic, but most of the movie insists on a boy talking to his dog. Did I miss something?
@Xenu, yeah, i guess it could be called a post-opocalyptic classic. it's certainly post-apocalyptic. quite frankly, i'd rather watch this than mad max.
still, it's the mysogony that makes it great after a break-up. um..for boys. not so much for girls. you do remember the ending, no?
also, where in cali are you? do you live here now?
I'm still not a misogynist after breaking up. I kind of really don't get the "hate the entire opposite gender" thing in any situation. People are people and they all do shitty things to each other, regardless of their genitals. I get especially annoyed when I'm expected to support someone in their post-break-up hate-the-opposite-genderism and either the person I'm expected to support or both people in the relationship caused the breakup.
Also, I do need to watch Sneakers some more. I miss the days of old skool haxing.
The Toxic Avenger... honestly, just watch the trailer on YouTube. It's amazing.

Fast Forward!
