Okay...I was a little too ambitious with the walk I just took. That said, I'm going to do it again tomorrow. :)

I recently tried to start running. But I'm so awful at it, I mostly walk fast, and then run for thirty seconds, and then walk the rest of the way home.
Maybe I should get up and try it again tomorrow. :)

I'm going to try to get far enough that I can walk all the way to work. Eventually lose enough weight that I can ride my bike to work.
There would be so much good in that. Better health. Save gas money. Do something to help the environment. All good stuff. :)

I'm kinda taking a different tack this time. I'm not really focusing on results. I've decided that the result I'm looking for at this point is going from being static to being active. Every time I tried to focus on results (stressing about not losing enough weight) I got discouraged and stopped.
Man, I've been lax on my activity levels lately. That's a good idea with reassigning your goal.
Right now, a Latin dance cardio workout tape is kicking my butt everyday.
