Saw Hancock tonight. Not bad, but the direction needed work. For $6.50 and some escape from the heat, I'll take it.

@DFG; it's mostly fun. Like a couple summer blockbusters, it has a weak 3rd act.
@KMFCM; see above. I think it needed a little more breathing room, actually. And the director, who's done OK with Rundown and Friday Night Lights...he needed to be reigned in. Too many closeups.
@bizzy; the glory of Portland; you can still find old theaters with some cheap tix.

I think I may go for it too. Looks fun.
