but art i think you'd get more of a kick out of rocket robin hood
i say this as a stuck up Torontonian who feels the prairies are inconsequential
OMG. Twigby, stop trying to be my soulmate, because it's totally worth it.
Twigs, that's kind of disappointing. I had visions of a homeless midget righting the wrongs of the provinces.
My favourite was when it was Degrassi for an hour after school. Awesome.
AND MY FAVOURITE KIDS SHOWS INCLUDED:
The Raccoons
Degrassi Junior High
Mr. Dress Up [although, the owl fucking freaked me right out]
The Big Friendly Giant
You Can't Do That On Television
Today's Special
Under The Umbrella Tree
and, finally
Telefrancais [yes, I actually liked it]
When I was little little little, I used to freakin obsess about the Polka Dot Door, too.
Wait... Today's Special and Polka Dot Door were Canadian? You've shattered the innocence of my youth.
also recently i was informed that the racoons were communist
BUT DAMN WAS THAT ALANA MILES END THEME AWESOME
Hey, do you remember the Christmas Raccoon's special? When Cyril Sneer is trying to cut down all of the trees in the forest? Oh man, that was a roller coaster of emotions.
How was it explained that they were communist?!?!
(Are you a Camp Keener, Twigby?)
well they're against the big capitalist organization and live in a share commune and print their own propaganda!
I just want to put it out there that even when I was 10, I really hated 'Reboot'.
I totally knew you were a Reboot fan. It's like Serial Joe all over again :(
ZOOM is soooooo not Canadian! Don't you remember how they would sing the zip code? 0-2-1-3-4!
When I was a kid in Michigan we used to watch Royal Canadian Farce and Kids in the Hall on one of the Canadian channels our TV would pick up.
Was Danger Bay the one set in Vancouver with the really cute girl? I used to love that show if it was the one.

the littlest hobo was one smart dog!
