I have no idea what I'm going in for. Believe it or not, the company is giving its research team (which include me) a 'Day at the Spa.' We got to choose either one (1) 80min treatment or 1 25min and 1 50min. I though 'what the hell' and chose a 50min acupuncture session along with a 25min neck and shoulder massage. It will also be my first professional massage.
I'm not big on people I don't know touching me.

I personally enjoy acupuncture a whole lot more than massage. I have two herniated discs in my back, and acupuncture is pretty much the only thing I've found to help with that. It's helped with other things too. It can be really good for anxiety.

I've got bad knees, bad shoulders and lots of stress. That should give them plenty of places to stick me.
