http://www.gallup.com/poll/108376/Gallup-Daily-Obama-McCain-Tied-45.aspx

This is the first time since Gallup's May 31-June 4 rolling average that Obama does not have at least a slim advantage over McCain.

Down here in the south, they like to say it's not gonna happen.. cuz he's black.

Me personally.. I don't think it matters one way or the other.. whoever it is, is a one term president.

Also, my neighbour the other day was swearing up and down if he does get elected, he'll be assassinated within 2 years.

His mother was Human but she had sex with a lower beast that produced the Beast 666.
This Beast has 4 signs:
a.-He will be born out of wedlock and will be a b.a.s.t.a.r.d.
b.-He will have a blue purple lips like his father Satan.
c.- He will be left handed to signal his father Satan to destroy Israel and the free world.
d.- Millions will follow the Beast blindly and will be slaughtered by Obama. Except the ones that read this note and Bless Israel.
Do not be deceived by the Beast and oppose Him at every turn. Obama is the Son of Satan himself.

I'm voting for Obama mostly because I hope he'll bring the end. I'm ready for an apocalypse. I've got bottled water.

Dear Gallup,

It's June and you only polled 2600 people. Get over yourselves.

The pollsters who are in it for the money usually return results that show a much closer election than the polls run by academic organizations. When you're in academia, you have a lot to gain by being right about something extreme, but when you're in business, you can't afford to be wildly off the mark very often. Also, landslides are bad for business in the political press. The end result is usually somewhere in between, but I trust the academics more.

McCain might be more worried about other numbers, though:
