It depends. Is "startup" anything like a "mayan taco"?

I'd look into it if I were you. You never can tell with that guy.

I knew a guy who wanted to start up a porn site with me...he had a couple of girls and he felt I had the tech knowledge.

Later he told me that those girls moved to Vegas to become hookers.

in all honesty, i would LIKE to break into the IT world, but, im finding that difficult to do.

A friend of mine collected footage from wild parties during college, with the dream of one day using that to start a porn site. Then, surprising everyone, including himself, he graduated, on time even, and got an IT job for a government contractor, which he assumed would prepare him for running a porn site.

Due to weird budget issues, he ended up doing software development, while only getting paid for sysadmin work. It was bullshit, and he knew it, but he waited until he had made himself indispensable before he complained about it. This mastery of office politics earned him a promotion directly to managing developers, and he's now making a fortune and throwing wild parties for his employees on the weekends.

All this because he chased his dream of starting a porn site.
