Ever have one of those cathartic workouts. You know, the ones where you listen to your tunes of choice and work yourself silly, just allowing the thoughts you'd normally suppress to bubble up to the surface. I had one of those workouts today. And I'll probably fail to sleep tonight.

It might be one of those days.

Today, it was me twisting my ankle, smacking my knee, and cutting the workout in half because of that. It was pushups, kettlebell swings, situps, squats, and rope jumps. I generally don't play music in headphones when I'm doing that kind of workout. I lose count of my reps if I do.
