@caprisun - yeah the fact that my cat is still under a year old and a crazy motherfucker is what would stop me. but once he chills out, i still think i'd rather get a puppy if i have the time to train it.

I like doggies. They're slobber babies, but very loving. I had three cats once. I like cats, too, but...they kind of do their own thing, which works for some people.

thats what me and my roommate were going for.
but danzig's "own thing" currently is biting feet and faces and taking shits. thats about it. but he did come into bed and cuddle with my while i was still awake for the very first time last night. which was nice.

I actually have my eye on a few old black ones at the animal shelter. I take my lunch there once a week and sit in the room full of cats.

Once you get a third cat, what's one more? And then, what's ONE MORE??! And then pretty soon you have 5-7 cats. Crazy cat lady or not, that's a lot of cats.

A friend of mine has two cats. His girlfriend also has two cats. Right before they were set to move it, he found a stray kitten in the neighborhood. He was going to give it away, but couldn't. So now they have 5 cats.
Oh, and then they adopted an abused dog. Bless their bleeding hearts.
Seriously though, their house is crazy. One room is basically only for cats and litter boxes.
