Honestly I rather like Claire's. They don't have anything too interesting, but for basic hair and scarves and earrings they're good.

These don't either, tho. I got a pair at Kanye's show and they are kind of trippy, but you can see fine.
Target. The earrings I get the most compliments on were on clearance at Target. Even full price stuff is pretty cheap.
