I gave blood last Thursday. Yesterday, the red cross called me twice to ask me to donate again today. They are obviously vampires who are out to kill me.

they call me a bunch because i'm O-neg. and i keep telling me to take me off the list because i get tattoos all the damn time so they don't actually want my blood. sigh.

@daisy: when they called me yesterday and didn't leave a message, I was pretty worried about the disease call. thankfully, they're just after me blood.
@L: my last tattoo just cleared the 1 year mark, so i was good to go. figured i might as well donate while they wanted my blood and before i get my next one.
@FFS: If I remember right, I'm O- because i'm pretty sure i was the universal donor, but I may have been O+.
@Oimoi: My stakes supply is well stocked. (alliteration FTW?), and i do have a nice celtic cross hanging in my room. and i love garlic. maybe they just can't get to me.

@cmi: i get new ink roughly every four months, though way more often lately, so it just never is going to work out.

See, now I find that odd. I donate through both the red cross and blood south because neither will let you donate more than once per sixty days.. I cant imagine the red cross is violating their own rules....

@jb: apparently it takes a week for them to get you into the system as donated, but you go into the system as a donor right away.
