Off to a bad start, I'd say.

I had a mysterious box on my desk the entire day that I paid almost no attention to. When I questioned the box's existence (not directly at the box, mind you) I was informed (again, by outside sources) that the box was for me.

Contained therein was a nice sampling of office supplies to get me started. Including THREE kinds of paper clips!
