VMware. Picture came out more cramped then expected, but running an accounting package in windows, wordpad, itunes in mac, and displaying both windows start bar and mac dock.

It's a bit overwhelming. But so far excellent. (will need more RAM soon, though)

RAM is really the issue - swapping is a bitch. I've got 3 GB, but I could really use a couple more.
