Is this about artificial intelligence, algorithmic trading, or something else entirely?

There are models that work specifically with land; in fact, one of the first applications of multiple regression techniques to evaluate property occurred in rural Minnesota--farmland. Of course, the time consuming nature of performing such calculations manually prevented this approach from gaining much traction back in the early 1900's.
Some models involve elements of artificial intelligence.
