Discuss the Apple WWDC keynote here, and then I will delete this thread so that nobody will know our secret shame!

Those guys are trying to stream it live, but I think the MacRumors live blog is better.
I am excited to see what software they release for the iPhone. I really hope they don't hobble new stuff on the old phone just because there is a new hardware platform. That will really upset me.
I'm watching the live blog on gizmodo.com. I also called my local apple store and they told me to fuck off and watch online for information. Can I get an iPhone today people?
iCall.com for the iPhone is bomb. Can I connect my laptop to my iPhoen via bluetooth and therefore have an internet connection anywhere.
Also, the girl from that apple store that told me to fuck off sounded hot.
@TJ - I doubt the new ones will be in stores today, but who knows.
You cannot use the phone as a bluetooth modem. However, I've never really needed that because the phone has a full browser, etc. And most of the time, I use Wifi anyways.
The new iPhones better be in stores today, because I've already planned a ritual desecration of my BlackBerry.
My friend Roman is so excited that he says he's willing to get an OLD iPhone today just so he can upgrade when the new ones come out.
Personally, I think that means he's part retarded.
I'm getting nothing but music on the iphonealley audio feed. MacWorld has said they told everyone to turn off their electronic devices.

Gizmodo liveblog:
The audio feed is now working, but I do wish there was video. I'm sure it'll be on iTunes in a few hours, but who can wait for that?
Of course, if I were in SF (like SOME of you), I'd be at the conference right now.
Oh my lord, the iPhone will support Outlook Exchange and Cisco VPN. We use both at my office.
I love that their SAMPLE APP is essentially BuddyBeacon - show me all my friends who are nearby.
I am super jazzed about location aware applications.
I really want things to happen on my phone when it comes near to phones owned by my friends. Like, HEY! TJ Powerjack is nearby! Buzz buzz buzz!
And Bonjour stuff. I want my phone to know, hey, I just got home! Let's turn on the music in the living room.
From now own anytime I have information I need to convey to my friends I will project it on a giant wall in Myriad font.
"We will get wings and $2.50 pints because Tuesday's are the new pint night!"

The iPhone hasn't been available in stores for weeks. They will be on the shelves today, and I imagine the software upgrade will be downloadable, too.
Oo, I will have to make a GoTeam app that lets you upload photos directly from the camera.
I don't know. I find it hard to believe that AT&T would have them already and there not be at least one photo on the web. They'll probably either get them later today, by courier, or later this week.
I'm hoping there's a subsidized upgrade price from AT&T, though if I can't get it today or tomorrow, I will go to the Apple Store.
I GET IT! You can write all sorts of different apps for it because its a real computer. OK ALREADY.
Enough app demos. Let's see the 3G iPhone so I can head to the Apple Store and buy one.
OK REALLY GOING NOW, I hope they don't announce anything mind blowing while I am digging shit out of the grass.
Well, I called a AT&T that is labled at a iPhone distributor, they have no release date.
I don't know if I can keep dealing with these app error 523s on my frickin' BlackBerry for another month.
Seriously, if my BlackBerry crashes and loses all my data again, and I have to be without a phone for several hours while I wipe the thing clean and reload the entire OS from scratch, I'm going to flip my lid.
Though, to be a devil's advocate, 3G and GPS is not that much of an improvement. I mean, yes, sure, it is faster. But in all honesty, I've never had to wait very long for any page to load, especially iphone sites.
@benbrown: True, though GPS is really nice. But, the new pricing is a killer. Your phone is now worth less than my BlackBerry (in theory). Wanna trade?
I have already lost interest.
Though I am excited to be benbrown666@me.com
I just read that .Mac storage size will double when it switches to .Me - I already went from 4GB to 30GB last year, which caused all my computers to run out of disk space. Now it's gonna be 60GB - that's half the size of my MBP's disk. If they don't make the iDisk image dynamically sizable, I guess I'll have to ditch automatic iDisk syncing for good.
another year where i breathe a sigh of relif that no iGame has been announced
... what?
I still find this hysterically funny

@nomi: I've never liked MadTV because it's always been very low-brow, but that was pretty good.

Is it just me then?
