@little p: it would be totally rad. i've always wanted stick-straight hair, either very light blond or black, and supersilky. i think you would find that curls would get you lots of attention but once you got home and had to deal with the rat's nest of tangles, you wouldn't like it quite as much.

as a kid my hair was not only curly, but deep red. i got called orphan annie all the time, which i hated. now it's more auburn, and i don't have freckles. i think freckles are very cute though.
