What kind of flowers would you send to an enemy? Idly curious.

I was thinking scentless white carnations, with orange tiger lilies dripping with pollen.
evil yummy, I would hope. I don't know. I'm going for, what would a supervillain send a superhero to remind them that although their evil plans were temporarily foiled, they were still at large. Something more extragavent, maybe.
stunning exotic orchids

That'd be good. :) Or a bonsai. Oh man, a bonsai from an enemy would be the best gift ever.
the bonsai is good but only if you trimmed it yourself as a symbol of how you will methodically control them...
along with a box of live flies, and a note that says they've all been named after the recipient.
I agree, bonsai would be best if it reflected years of rage...
But I'm still attracted to this:

A cute little bonsai hemlock!

One of those or some nice skunkweed.
If my enemy sent me a bonsai, I'd probably have to think twice about why I hate them so much. I like little trees.
how about a big ass plant like the ones in front of "It's a Small World" at Disneyland but instead of a Camel or a Hippo it's cut out in the shape of you strangling your enemy.
super prickly cactus perhaps? goldenrod (super irritating if they're allergic!) or maybe marigolds (even though they look cute and have a lovely name, they no smell so good)?
@ginger -- wow. an entire list of nauseating plants. that is so awesome... And regarding bonsai, well, yeah, I really like them too. It strikes me as being kindof like the fluffy white cat of the Bond villain -- the perfect accessory to evil-intent. So I might not be able to give it away... just prune it and think evil thoughts about my enemy while I do so.
@JA -- I don't remember those plants, but I'm thinking of edward scissorhands when he hacks up all the bushes in rage and despair... I can see that working very well.
@rink -- goldenrod is the devil. when I see it, before I even consciously recognize what it is, I start to feel anxious and hear Hitchcock 'Psycho'-style violins playing.

depends on what they are allergic to...
