Soooo...I went out with a guy four years younger than me (I'm 24). This is a big switch in my dating habits, as I've never done this before. Any cons with dating younger guys, ladies?

Paully mentioned the catch -- a lot of them are immature. Then again, so are a lot of older guys. So, as long as he's a mature, intelligent, sensitive person, his age shouldn't really have much of an effect
4 years hardly seems like a meaningful difference. When boy is 15 years younger, you have different expectations, etc.
That specific 4 year difference would only pose a problem if one of you hasn't had the late teens=erly 20's jump in maturity yet. But really, not a huge deal.
Oh, yeah, and if you want to go out drinking and carousing, the under-21 thing might be a problem. But that's it.
Strangerbox (who is 3 years older than me) says no. Now, if you'll excuse me, it's cuddle time.
Hmm, yeah I was dating a 50 year old for a while. Definite difference!
I've heard that some of the younger dudes don't know much beyond pounding away when it comes to the sexin'.

Granted I haven't dated younger guys (or guys at all), but having been a guy my whole life, it probably goes something like this:
PROS
- generally, a bigger sex drive and needs less time between times going at it.
DEPENDS ON YOUR STANCE:
- probably not well established in a career
- probably not itching to have kids right away
CONS
- generally seen as less mature
