I could set up a proxy for you, if you are able to configure your browser for proxy access. Or you could use one of the many hits for "anonymous web proxy" on google.

I've tried annonymous web proxies, they won't work. Thanks for the offer of setting up a proxy... I think I'll just have to do without for now.
I may actually try to get some sleep tonight... Rest up for the inevitable 3am machete wound suturing.

It's 2 am here. I just had a call. After we sent the patient home, I walked around turning off the lights in the little exam rooms and thought to myself, "I could live like this."
