It is a really basic lasagna. The filling is a mixture of spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan. IT HAD BETTER BE GOOD! 11 minutes to go.

It is good. My roommate and I both had some. I'm encouraging her to invite her boyfriend over to eat some. I've invited a friend over for dinner tomorrow night to eat some. THERE IS STILL GOING TO BE SO MUCH MORE LASAGNA LEFT!

I'm using my roommate's mom's recipe for lasagna florentine. I went to the grocery store and got all the ingredients for it. I started making it. Then I read the bottom: SERVES 12-15. Ummmm... I will be eating lasagna until the end of time. I sure hope it's good.
