Anyone have miraculous cures for chapped lips?

i exfoliate the lips gently with a damp toothbrush and use beeswax.

when i was on meds that dried out my lips i would often use vaseline as a repair method.

Francis Dolarhyde does, but you wouldn't like it.

Actually, the one thing that will cure chapped lips, but only in the case of dehydration, is drinking a bunch of water.

It was weird, cos it was only my upper lip that was really dry. I used a lot of lotion, carmex, and exfoliated with a damp towel. *healed*
