Back when I did stand up semi-professionally I opened for Tommy Chong and his wife one weekend at the Improv. He's a weird dude and she's not nice. Also they only had me do three to four minutes, which is a really odd amount of time to give a comic, but whatever. Easiest 400 dollars of my life.
And way back in the day before that I once waited on Tommy Chong and he tipped me in weed. It was awkward.

Because I am totally not marrying my boyfriend. He does stupid shit like give away my weed, so after hearing people talk about how good it feels to be high all night, I couldn't even go home and get high myself.
