I worked with the advisor of my MA advisor when I was in grad school. Wonderful people, both of them. I wonder at times what it would have been like to go for the whole enchilada.

Sadly, my academic grandfather has passed away (a peril of working with a senior prof.) But I'm a multiple AG myself, working on GGF.
