We have a debate about them here in Oklahoma too. I would imagine that local government could pass laws about it like they do with neon lighting under cars, and that would keep a lot of people from having them if they risked getting a ticket when going through the city with the ordinance.
Really it should be common sense. People should have enough taste to not give their vehicles testicles.
What's funny is the senator whose wife owns his nutz and made him remove them from his truck.
I'm glad they're spending their tax payers dollars on such important issues.
