So there is a building across the street that has an alarm on it. It goes off for a half an hour at a time, every night between the hours of 10 pm and 3 am. Let's rumble.

At my friend's college some asshole would pull the fire alarm every night for two weeks at around 3 AM. The guys in the dorm figured out which alarm it was that was getting pulled and that night 8 guys waited in the dorm across the hall. When the guy showed up to pull the alarm the 8 of them jumped out and beat the hell out of him. Problem solved.

It's the most obnoxious sound--like a car alarm but higher pitched. I don't know if someone is setting it off, or if it's testing, or if the thing is so sensitive that people walking by it sets it off.

every so often someones car alarm goes off in my apt complex. and whoever engineered this place made it so that loud sounds echo maginificently and you can't tell where they are coming from. so it makes it very loud EVERYWHERE. thats really annoying. id like to find that guy and shoot him.
Im going to go in there tomorrow in my big girl shoes and tell them that they are going to stop it with the security or I'm going to call the dorm mother on them.
