There is a restaurant in my neighborhood that serves a hamburger that is so good, it has ruined all other hamburgers for me for what I fear may be the rest of my life.

Fresh locally grown beef mixed with pork belly, blue cheese, crispy little fried shallots, and sliced beets. Comes with a mixture of normal fries and sweet potato fries.

Since having this hamburger for the first time, I have tried to have hamburgers at two other restaurants. They tasted like cardboard.

This hamburger is so mind bogglingly good, I can barely handle it.

The phrase "locally grown beef" made me snort. Sounds like it's verging on a fancy pants burger, to quote an ex girlfriend, but big bonus points for the blue cheese on the burger and sweet potato chips.
