I suggest you contact the ACLU.
Further, by contacting your local news station for the censored flyers you'll gather far more local attention for GLBT week than the flyers themselves would have in the first place.

it's a private college so they would probably argue that they would have the right to control what goes up on their walls.
They rejected four poster designs because they are "inflammatory". The "inflammatory" part of the phrase was "it's not gay to be aware."
Seriously. Is that so bad? It plays off of existing homophobia.
In general, my college has a stick up it's ass about everything. I'm just ill of it.
