I'm having a very bad day emotionally today.

wednesdays suck every week because my daughter spends tuesday night at daddy's house. i generally can't sleep and feel lost all day until i pick her up. TODAY, i go to pick her up at 4 and she's not there. she was with her aunt (father's sister) and i didn't know where they were and when they would be back. she knew that my daughter had her last swim class tonight at 4:30. her phone is off, i'm pacing. finally i text her father and say that i'm worried and we have things to do. FIVE O'CLOCK (swim class over) they show up. needless to say i was on the verge of a full blown anxiety attack.
that's a good reason to be upset - my brother-in-law and a friend of mine have had issues with communication and coordinating things like that - no matter how much you try to have someone just let you know just so you can adjust or let them know in turn what's going on - very frustrating. not knowing plus lack of having a contact plus not being able to adjust ... yea, you're on the right side of things.

what's wrong? or what can be done to help?
