My nephew is turning nine years old, and his birthday is this weekend. (I don't know how this could have happened. Just a week ago, he was four.) As far as I know, he likes gun and hunting, but I feel like that theme will be overdone at the party. His dad is/was a fireman, and he was pretty into that when he was younger. What the hell do I buy a nine year old kid?

New OBGYN Guidelines state a doctor is not required to administer or perform life ending medications or proceedures (abortion, morning-after pill) if they personaly disagree with it, but they also may not be required to refer their paitent to a doctor who will. Said one, "I'm not going to refer someone to a hit man to put to death someone that's inconvenient in their life." Charming.

RIAA doesn't pay out to infringed artists, pockets money instead.
